Trainee Account Manager
#Colchester
This is a Trainee Account Manager position supporting the commercial side of the business with expanding their customer base. Focusing on New Business development and also providing existing customers with the support and care they need.
This client of ours is looking for you if you have an adaptable personality, can work well under pressure, enjoys a fast paced role. Hard work and commitment will be rewarded with great benefits and the opportunity to progress.
· This position will suit you if you enjoy chatting and can make conversations easily over the phone.
· Business development calls to win New Business and for land and expand areas.
· Supporting customers with their quotes, processing and uploading onto the system and updating via phone and email.
· Communicate effectively to understand the needs of the customer and identify up selling opportunities.
· Prioritise own workload and handle multiple accounts at one time.
· Diaries customer peak periods and follow up
· Lead generation and follow up
· Outbound calls and emails to customers
· Working well with all team members and others within other departments within the business.
All training will be provided.
Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm

£24,000- £25,000
