An ever-growing UK wholesale company are looking to expand their team. They are searching for a Trainee Accounts person. You will get the chance to work in a super exciting, busy office environment to help strengthen the team further. You will continue to develop your communication skills by building a rapport with co-workers, customers and clients. The business is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual who can take team to the next level. You will be entrusted with large value payments, making sure they are accurate and efficient. In this role, not only will you help to reconcile statements, you will work closely with clients to resolve any debt issues and collect late payments. As well as this, you will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly MI reports, ensuring the reports are created to sharp deadlines.
Skills required
- Customer service experience or knowledge.
- A great understanding of Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup.
- Have great communication skills, working with clients over the phone and co-workers in person.
- Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit those tight deadlines
- Have the ability to work accurately and efficiently, all while checking details are correct.
