Main responsibilities will be:
- Reconciling sales and purchase transactions in Xero
- Maintain the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Posting accruals and pre payments
- Prepare the quarterly VAT return
- Managing employee expenses
- Preparing Payroll information foe external Payroll provider
- Ad hoc Finance duties
- Have a strong Bookkeeping background
- Be trustworthy and hard working
- Be organised and methodical in your approach
- Previous use of Xero
