Based in LEEDS, just a few miles from the M621, the Trainee Administrator can easily accessible from Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wetherby, York and Harrogate.
Key responsibilities of the Trainee Administrator will include:
Working with a long established Engineering organisation and providing generic administrative support to their quality department, including but not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries & queries in a timely manner
- Arranging transportation for materials & components where necessary
- Accurately maintaining a number of internal databases
For the Trainee Administrator role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess the following:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- The willingness to develop their skills and undergo training
Working Hours of the Trainee Administrator:
37 Hours per week, spread across a day shift pattern
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 to 12:30
In return the Trainee Administrator will receive:
- Annual Salary: £22,000.00 (£11.43 per hour)
- Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days (25 + statutory holidays)
