Trainee Business Administrator

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week (Flexible start time available) We are working with a leading company in their sector based in Shrewsbury; they are looking for a trainee level Business Administrator to work as part of a small team to support the management and client facing executives. You will be working as part of a team to support with a range of administrative tasks that will need prioritising to ensure urgent tasks are completed within deadlines. This is working for an extremely professional and supportive company, so would be an amazing chance to learn from genuinely credible and professional people in their field. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: • Answering incoming phone calls, and passing on messages to the appropriate team member
• Setting up projects on our CRM system
• Providing reception cover which will include meet and greet with clients and answering calls.
• Assisting the administration team with organising meetings and co-ordinating diaries
• Preparing and sending invoices
• Updating and amending documents
• Assisting with the arrangement of marketing events
• Drafting letters and emails
• Assisting in collating project data
• Assisting with client meetings
• A good telephone manner and working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required, as is the ability to uphold standards whilst multi-tasking Skills and Experience
To be considered for this opportunity we are looking for candidates who have some experience of working in an office and looking to grow their career as an Administrator. You must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. We want someone who is keen to learn, that is keen to help others in the team and can act swiftly on instructions. • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Good written English and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Patient and calming manner, whether helping colleagues or clients
