Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota

Our client, a reputable Motor Trade Garage in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a Trainee Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in automobiles and a drive to learn and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor for our client:
- Assist in coordinating vehicle service and repair appointments.
- Greet and liaise with customers to understand their automotive service needs.
- Provide excellent Customer Service by answering queries and keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Learn and use automotive service management software for appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of services.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of automotive service processes.
