Trainee Digital Marketer

GloR Consultancy Recruitment is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to do an apprenticeship at it firm. GloR Consultancy is a leading recruiting company in Enfield and a source of coherence in recruiting for organizations in the childcare and healthcare industry.

This role will equip you with skills and abilities to take on duties of recruitment consultants with confidence and resilience. These duties include:

• Business development to win new clients business
• Sourcing the best candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and the company database.
• Interviewing and screening potential candidates
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Writing and responding to emails
• Utilising social media (facebook, linkedin, twitter)
• Visiting of clients
• Manage databases and excel documents
