Trainee Financial Adviser - Basingstoke

We are working with a client in London looking for a confident, motivated and organised individual to join their team and have the opportunity to train to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser. The successful candidate will ideally be at graduate level, and will deliver support to a Senior Adviser and their team, whilst continuing the path to being fully qualified.

Responsibilities:

• Attend Client Meetings with Senior Advisers

• Manage Action Points from Client Meetings

• Business Submission

• Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, Lifetime Allowance Calculations

• Client Financial Review input/updating

• Manage Pipeline for Senior Advisers

• Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports

• Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)

• Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients

• Managing workflow CRM systems

• Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blue—door software

• Critical Yield Calculations

• Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process

• Ensure data on Salesforce is completed

• Prep for all meetings

Desired Skills:

• Degree level educated

• Relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services

• Attention to detail & excellent organisation skills

• Excellent standard of written & verbal communication skills

• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive, and positive attitude

• Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team

• Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
