Trainee Financial Advisor

Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to transition to a Financial Advisor role?  We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Financial Advisor to work closely with our advisor, undergo paraplanning for clients, attend face-to-face meetings, and eventually transition into a Financial Advisor role. This is a permanent position with great benefits, offering a competitive salary of GBP 45,000 negotiable DOE and hybrid working, including the opportunity to work from home. Only 1 day a week in the office, with the rest of the time either attending client meetings or working from home. If you live in or around Worcester, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Transition from experienced paraplanner to Trainee Financial Advisor
• Work closely with the advisor, attending client meetings and building experience
• Permanent role with GBP 45,000 salary, hybrid working, and great benefits

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience as a paraplanner
• Trainee Financial Advisor qualification
• Level 4 qualified with a desire to become chartered (level 6)
• Good understanding of Financial Advisory processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in the financial services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
