Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client's firm's success. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including valuation modeling, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment, to support investment decisions and strategic recommendations.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities, monitor industry trends, and provide insights into market dynamics that impact client portfolios.

Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant data, assessing investment risks, and identifying potential deal breakers or value drivers.

Deal Execution: Collaborate closely with senior team members to execute transactions, including preparing pitch books, drafting offering memorandums, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, participating in client meetings and calls, and assisting in the preparation of client presentations.
