Duties & Responsibilities of the Trainee Legal Cashier will include:
- Checking bank statements and posting onto ledgers
- Posting monies in and out on client ledgers
- Processing Bacs & Chaps payments
- Balancing completion statements and dealing with completions
- Processing invoices
- Aged Balances
- Dealing with queries from other departments in the business
To be successful you MUST have the following attributes:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong desire to progress within Legal Cashier role
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- General understanding of accountancy and finance
- Legal office experience (Preferred, not essential)
This is a permanent position, working on a hybrid basis (Tue & Wed WFH), with a salary of GBP22k - GBP24k depending on experience.
