Job description
We are seeking a Trainee Operational Risk Analyst to join our UK Risk Management Division at Societe Generale and contribute to the development of the Group's activities. In this role, you will assess defence frameworks, assist with conducting Risk investigations, and provide independent opinion and analysis of Risk Management. You will also participate in Second Line of Defence committees, coordinate Risk assessment exercises, and manage regulator requests around Operational Risk.
Profile required
To succeed, you should have a good basic understanding of Operational Risk and how it affects a Financial Services environment, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential, as is a good level of written and verbal English. French is advantageous.
