To explain, we manage Pension schemes. We administer the payments of those who are paying their contributions to their workplace Pension schemes and/or claiming their payments after retirement. To do this, we have teams of Pensions Administrators in our offices across the UK; who deliver a second-to-none service to these members; both from an accuracy standpoint and when it comes to efficiency and hitting regular KPIs.
