Location: London
Salary: £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission (Realistic OTE: £40k 1st year, £60k 2nd year, £80k+ 3rd year)

The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will begin as a candidate consultant, learning on the job and actively building your own desk by searching for candidates that match your client's needs. Recruitment is primarily a sales role, and a significant portion of your day will be spent on the phone, negotiating with clients and candidates. While the hours can be long, meeting deadlines and targets will result in higher income, greater rewards, and a promising future.
What We're Looking For:
We seek exceptional candidates who have recently graduated from a top university with a 2:1 or higher degree. While B2B sales experience is not essential, it is advantageous. We value hardworking individuals who are motivated by financial incentives and driven by targets.
