Our Managing Director has 23 years experience and will assist in training you in reaching your goals. In addition to this we use outsource our training through JPC.
The Position
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development through telephone, LinkedIn and face to face meetings
- Interviewing / Screening candidates over the phone and making candidate selections
- Searching for candidates through various job boards / alternative methods
- Negotiating Terms of Business
- Account Management / development and customer service
- Use of I.T. admin and web–based social media tools

- 20k – 25k basic + Commission – (realistic 1st year earnings at 45k rising to realistic 65/70k once established).
