Trainee Recruitment Consultant

What you will be doing?

• You will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to candidates and supporting clients by attracting exceptional talent.
• Conducting effective research and mapping of our markets.
• Building long-lasting relationships with candidates to place them into active positions by interviewing them to understand their suitability, experience, and motivations.
• Advertising current vacancies, seeking out referrals, and headhunting to attract high-quality candidates.
• Identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our business. Your strategic thinking and persuasive skills will drive our growth while establishing professional relationships within the market.
• Achieving set targets and deadlines.

We are currently on the lookout for both Trainee Recruitment Consultants (no or limited experience) and experienced consultants to join our team. For those without experience, we have a strong track record of developing individuals into high performing consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
