Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Up to £30k basic + commission

Location: Leeds city centre

Out client is a thriving, established, Accountancy and Finance recruiment agency who have a proven record of turning trainees into Managers and Directors.

Out client is currently seeking a driven individual with proven sales experience in any industry to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and head-hunt suitable candidates for open positions within Accountancy and Finance
• Perform market mapping activities and identify competitors within the industry.
• Receive and review direct applications from potential candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
• Create and submit short-lists of qualified candidates to clients.
• Arrange client interviews and manage the offer process.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as updating CRM databases.
• Engage in business development activities to generate new client accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in any industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to succeed in recruitment.
