On offer is a genuinely rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants full leadership and operational training into the waste and recycling industry where you will eventually progress into a Site Manager, gaining full remit to lead a team and the operations of a fast-paced recycling plant.

This company have been well established for over 80 years and operate in multiple locations across the UK. They specialise in the recycling of scrap metals as well as offering waste hire management solutions. Due to retirement, my client is looking for a motivated Site Manager to handle the operations of their fast-paced recycling facilities

This role would suit anyone looking to progress into a management role that wants full training and mentorship from the companies most senior Site Manager where you will gain a wealth of knowledge to develop your skillset.

The Role:
*Working closely alongside the Site Manager, Overseeing the operations of the scrap metal recycling site.
*Ensuring health and safety guidance is met and liaising with the environmental agencies.
*Office/Site-based, commutable from Barnstable, Bideford, Braunton, South Moulton and nearby areas
*Full Site Manager training provided

*Waste & Recycling, Utilities, Civil or Construction background
*Motivated and wants to progress to Site Manager
