Trainee Solicitor - Urgent

Job Title:Trainee Solicitor

Salary: up to £40k

Location: Colnbrook

My client is looking for an inhouse Trainee Solicitor to join their team, we are looking for a graduate who has successfully completed their GDL and LPC. You will be working on a range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, licensing, real estate and corporate.

Duties:

• Reviewing, updating and drafting standard form agreements
• Drafting and negotiating NDAs
• Reviewing supplier terms and conditions
• Preparing and analysing redlines of documents
• Preparing and arranging agreements for execution
• Organising and maintaining document management and legal filing systems
• Carrying out due diligence
• Liaising with and instructing external counsel
• Preparing and distributing corporate documentation to external counsel
• Liaising with internal teams to provide initial instructions
