SalaryPreimier Work Support are working on behalf of our client based in Stanford-Le-Hope who are looking for a Trainee Transport Planner to join their growing team within the logistics industry.
Duties will include:
- Organising and planning routes for drivers
- Tracking deliveries
- Keeping customers up to date with delievries and collections
- Liaising with other depots
- Dealing with inbound and outboud emails
- Dealing with telephone queries
The Suitable candidate for this role:
- Experienced administrator
- Prefferably someone who has worked in the logistics industry
- Good attention to detail
- IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft work and Excel
- Professional telephone manner
The hours of work for this position are 5am-1pm, Monday to Friday (plus the occasional weekend)
