This client is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, and one of the largest and most prominent spirits and beer producers globally. With a plethora of well-known and recognisable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG space.Duties:- To identify what training gaps are within each role. Plan the relevant training and ensure completion.
- Update the relevant systems to ensure training courses are being tracked and recorded.
- Ensure skills matrices are being updated and reviewed.
- Communicate with sites to understand availability for trainees.
- Work with external training providers to plan accordingly.
- Track spend per function and work within budget.
- Own and drive training & competency improvement within the capability community
- Ensure adherence to training plans
