A unique organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team based on the outskirts of Norwich.
This is a fast paced, professional and busy environment and the role will see you supporting the Training Manager in all areas of learning & development, coordinating the learning and professional development of staff across the business, arranging external training providers as well as the delivery of some internal training, general administration and much more......
Experience within Training administration would be ideal, but not by any means essential. Candidates must have confidence in dealing with employees and managers across the business, excellent communication and customer facing skills and presentation skills are also important.
They will consider part time working (29.6 hours a week) as well as full time working (37 hours a week).
