The Role: Work from home, Hours of work 8am - 4.30pm the odd earlier start or slightly later finish maybe required depending on the amount of orders to process.
This role will be a Training Coordinator to assist clients in booking the correct training course they need and ensure we have been as helpful and supportive as possible. Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Deal with training enquiries via incoming calls and emails.
Assist in loading training course schedules
Process bookings and payments
Organise off site training courses
Generate and post/email certificates
Build relationships with customers so they return with future bookings
Collate feedback and evaluate training programmes.
The Person:
Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
Experience of the construction industry or training within this sector
Proven ability to deal with customer enquiries
Good relationship builder
Good writing skills, great grammar, spelling and punctuation. You must be able to write detailed emails to clients and trainers, in a clear and correct style.
A confident, re-assured nature and great telephone manner.
Effective researching skills.
Good computer skills, proficient using the key MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
Flexibility - able to start early and finish late on occasions as required.
