Are you ready to be part of a vibrant, energetic, and highly respected HR team? Look no further! I am seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual as a HR & Training Coordinator.
This is a 18 month contract with hybrid working based in Birmingham.
You will be working closely with the Training and Development Manager and HR Operations Manager, supporting various initiatives, including Graduate Training programme, wellbeing programs, and EDI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Training and Development Manager in delivering the Academy, managing the annual learning program, and overseeing the online learning portal.
- Facilitate the graduate recruitment cycle, coordinate assessments and interviews, and assist in lateral hire recruitment.
- Organise and facilitate firm-wide training events, from booking venues to producing training materials.
- Contribute to EDI and wellbeing initiatives, researching and producing materials, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding, contractual documentation, payroll checking, and generate ad-hoc HR reports using your excellent Excel skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in HR.
- CIPD qualification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
