JOB TITLE: Product Training Coordinator

This role supports the Global Retail People Experience area, which creates and manages the Product Training strategy and associated development of Retailer learning and client assets for all Brands and JLR nameplate features. With business wide exposure, this role will provide an excellent experience working with both internal and external customers. This role sits in Network Development and will support:
- Launch Planning
- Training Delivery and Effectiveness
- Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting/Metrics
- Learning Management System
- Vehicle Ordering and Tracking (All Markets)
- Model Year Updates
- Translation
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Governance and planning of all vehicle requirements to support Launch Training for both the Global Train the Trainer and all Markets.
- Manage the coordination of required T3 and Market Launch Training fleets including raising ATOs, registration and delivery timelines.
- Coordination of required reporting across assets and utilisation to ensure ongoing improvement and development of assets to support markets.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Quality & Engineering to support the wider People Experience Product team with training requirements.
- Manage the Asset Development Planner for all nameplates and their derivatives throughout their lifecycle taking programme significance and product business cases into account.
- Work with key suppliers to ensure that assets are produced, translated and delivered in line with relevant Launch Planning gateways.
- Continuously improve the Product Training and Launch offering to ensure that the approaches and agencies used deliver high quality learning and assets that will assist JLR in achieving Sales, Client Experience and Client Loyalty objectives
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.

- Working knowledge of Jira
- Good MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Data analytics and management
- Scheduling and Time Management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
