Training Development And Delivery Manager

The successful Training Development and Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the delivery of training materials and content tailored to the specific needs of testers and garage owners in line with the requirements of the DVSA.

The role will involve:

• Leading the Development and management of our training provision, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with the team, external inputs and the wider network to design and deliver training.
• Identifying training needs within the testing community and developing learning solutions to address these needs.
• Engaging with key stakeholders in the testing industry to understand market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging training needs.

To be successful in this role of Training Development and Delivery Managerwe would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Demonstrable experience or a very keen desire in delivering high-quality training materials and content within the automotive or related industry, with a strong understanding of testing procedures and regulations.
• Sound knowledge of testing practices and regulations, with a preference for candidates who have experience working as testers or in related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Comfortable delivering training on video so it can be added to the Material.
• Willingness to travel to HQ at Gatwick where videos are made. We think 2 days a week at office and 3 at home
