This part-time Training Manager role is responsible for the management of MRS's training courses delivered directly to research organisations and teams. The role is responsible for the recruitment of new and repeat company contracts, sourcing government contract bids and ensuring high quality delivery of training courses directly to employers. Key responsibilities:
- Builds and tracks a pipeline of opportunities by identifying key companies to target, develop campaigns plus build and launch successful products supported by the marketing team
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients in order to develop appropriate training provision based on assessment of client's training and development needs.
- Manage the selection and briefing of trainers and the negotiation of contracts with both trainers and clients.
- Manages the appropriate delegation of tasks within the planning, delivery and monitoring process.
- Recruits new trainers where appropriate in order to ensure a wide coverage of subjects are available to Company customers.
