We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Transactional Banking and Liquidity team as a TBL Implementation Manager.
As a TBL Implementation Manager you will be required to work with the wider business collaboratively to ensure the implementation of new to bank clients is delivered on time. This role requires a very customer centred approach.
The difference you'll make:
Supporting product and relationship teams with projects and problem remediation
Delivering a customer centric approach to ensure switchers are implemented at pace, and right first time
Building a network within different support teams and make suggestions for continuous improvement, within the wider teams
Tailoring solutions to meet the needs of our client base
Identifying additional customers solutions via a holistic relationship approach, these could include; Merchant Acceptance, International Payments / FX & Santander Navigator
What you'll bring:
Good knowledge of Transactional Banking products within Santander
Good knowledge of the market for wholesale deposit products in the UK, including details of products, distribution channels, value chain and competitor activity
It would also be nice for you to have:
Customer service experience in corporate environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt to changing processes and digital innovations
Ability to explain a complex concepts concisely and fully - both verbally & literally

We are hiring for 2 roles based that can be based at any of our Head Office locations (Birmingham, Glasgow, Bradford, Sheffield, Milton Keynes) and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
