A vacancy for a Transaction Clerk School Finance has now arisen and the University is seeking a suitably experienced individual to fill this role.
The role is responsible for the accurate, efficient and timely processing of all standardised transactions, relating to requisitions, purchase orders, expenses and sales invoices as well as dealing with a number of queries and being the schools first point of contact in finance related issues
You will have:
- Attention to detail
- Good team skills
- Experience of working in a Transactional environment
- The ability to communicate at different levels around the University
- An organized and efficient approach to your work.
- The ability to use your own initiative
- Good systems knowledge including excel
- The ability to deliver great customer service for both internal and external customers
- Good problem solving skills
