Transaction Controller

We are currently looking for a Transaction Controller to join an exciting, leading and well-known car manufacturer based out of their Toyota Edgware site.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a similar position within the industry or will be an experienced professional looking for a step up. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-renowned brand and employer.
In return, you can expect a £25,000 basic salary with an exceptional OTE. In addition, you'll also receive company car, pension and excellent career opportunities to progress.
About you
* Experience as Business Manager or Transaction Controller
* A proven Car Sales Executive will be considered for a step up
* Full UK Driving License
* Previous experience working in an FCA regulated environment
* Excellent customer service skills at all times
* Have brilliant sales and negotiation skills
* Be self-motivated and driven to achieve all targets set
About the role
* Supporting Sales Executives with Finance and Insurance sales
* Managing the sales process from beginning to end
* Work with customers in a friendly and open way to identify the most appropriate new/used vehicle, finance, warranty or insurance products
* Adhere to FCA guidelines at all times
* Produce and explain finance quotes and make sure the customer understands the options clearly
* Manage sales and F&I performance in line with company requirements & KPI's
* Second facing and deal stacking
* Liaise with Sales Executives to ensure that the opportunity is available to discuss finance options with all customers
* Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service
* Appraise & coach the team to maximise their potential and the department's success
* Complete all administration required, including the weekly submission of accurate daily sales and finance logs
