Our Brilliant International Client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their leading Real Estate team which extends across both their Bristol and Exeter offices. This great team acts for a range of both private and public sector clients and have particular specialisms including, residential development, energy, healthcare, agriculture and more.

Your new role
In your fantastic new role, you will be working to provide a first-class service to clients in a wide range of Real Estate matters. You will be focusing primarily on Residential development acquisitions and disposals, where you will be acting for developers and registered providers, along with disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing. Provision of support in relation to promotion agreement transactions and options in respect of land with longer term development potential.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Commercial Real Estate solicitor with a focus on Residential Development Law. You will need a genuine interest in business development and growing within the Residential Development practice area. Also, you will be a well-organised team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
