Job Description


We are in search of a dynamic and visionary Public SectorTransformation Director who will also serve as our Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) with a profound focus on transformative initiatives within the Public Health space. The ideal candidate will possess a remarkable track record of driving strategic growth by fostering relationships within the C-suite, illustrating the value of cross-product and platform initiatives, and boasting extensive experience within the Public Sector domain. This multifaceted role demands exceptional leadership prowess, an in-depth comprehension of market trends, governmental policy processes, and the knack for recognizing and seizing transformational business opportunities. Proficiency in procuring and managing Software as a Service (SAAS) environments within the Public Sector is a definite asset for this role. Additionally, prior experience in healthcare, preferably within organizations such as the NHS, or other Public Sector entities, would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy, specifically targeting transformational initiatives within healthcare, government, and education sectors.

  • Identify prospective business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships to bolster the company's growth objectives, leveraging insights into market dynamics and industry trends.

  • Conduct exhaustive market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and transformative opportunities within the industry landscape.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the company's value proposition and devise innovative solutions to address market demands.

  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influential figures within the industry.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance business development efforts.

  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to delineate and execute the company's overarching growth strategy, integrating transformational initiatives.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level engagement, with a focus on driving transformational growth in the Public Sector space
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing high-value business deals, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Experience of running IT SAAS services for an organisation, ideally in healthcare or Public Sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on transformational opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
