THE ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing a complex sustainability programme across the retail, fashion and textile industries.
This role requires an experienced, action-led Programme Manager, who can develop and execute plans to ensure successful industrial-scale change.
The role will report to the Programme Director and collaborate closely with cross-organisational teams at some of the world’s leading brands and organisations.
This role is 4 days a week.
ABOUT THE CIRCULAR FASHION INNOVATION NETWORK & BFC
PROGRAMME
The Circular Fashion Innovation Network (CFIN) is an industry-led programme managed by the British Fashion Council (BFC) and UK Fashion and Textile (UKFT) in partnership with UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) to accelerate the UK towards a Circular Fashion Ecosystem. The network brings together industry, innovators, NGOs, academia and broader stakeholders through an action-led roadmap to accelerate the UK to a leading Circular Fashion Economy. CFIN’s framework for change is split across six themes - Circular Business Models, Recycling Infrastructure, Sustainable Manufacturing, Novel Technology, Diverse and Futureproof Workforce and Green Growth.

Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership: Manage programme activities and support Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of deliverables.
- Programme Delivery: Hands-on delivery where required, producing quality outputs at pace to progress the programme.
- Reporting: Generate regular programme status reports, set up dashboards and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Planning: With input from key stakeholders develop and implement the programme plan that is aligned with programme goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure programme success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across a number of organisations, as well as team members to gain buy in and support for programme efforts.
- Communications: Develop internal and external communications and ensure existing materials are kept up to date.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and refine transformation plans based on feedback and results.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate programme and project documentation, including project plans, budget tracker, timesheets, status reports, RAID logs, PowerPoint decks and meeting minutes.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, meeting set-up and management and distribution of meeting minutes.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: £60,000 FTE
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Eve
- Summer Working Hours (July & August)
- Standard company working hours are 09.30 to 17.30, flexibility available
