DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
Responsibility for planning daily deliveries, dealing with changes to the plan etc...
Brief and de-brief drivers at the start and end of shifts
Dealing with driver and delivery paperwork and system updates
Liaise with customers regarding delivery information
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
• Previous experience in a transport planning role
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience within a transport environment briefing and de-briefing drivers
