Shift patterns: 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm (Rotational Shift)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Identify and respond to issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate collation of paperwork, including manifests and delivery notes.
- Regular use of e-mail and phone to communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues to solve issues and reply when necessary.
- Re-booking of orders or loads which have missed their booking.
- To perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the transportation department.
- Communicate any issues, verbal and written to the Coordinator, notifying them of any issues which may require further follow up.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Transport logistics experience would be desirable
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
