Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator role working within the Admin and Secretarial sector for our fantastic client based in Wellesbourne.
This client is very well known in the area and is looking for an experienced administrator to join their expanding team.
The day-to-day duties for this Transport Administrator role include -
- Assisting with scanning of PODs
- Inputting timesheets into the system
- Reviewing KPI data
- General administrative duties
- Working under a Transport Supervisor and alongside a PM Operator & Night Operator.
- Managing a team of drivers and communicating with them throughout the shift to mitigate any risk of delays.
- Dealing with a variety of internal and external customers via phone and email within tight deadlines.
Hours of work for this Transport Administrator are as follows:
05:00 AM -13:30 PM (Monday) & 05:30 AM -14:30 PM (Tuesday-Friday)
Pay for this position is:
12.00 Per hour (42 hours working after breaks)
