SalaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Administrator / Compliance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics and transport operations, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct compliance audits and inspections to ensure adherence to transport regulations and company safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all transport activities, including driver licenses, vehicle maintenance logs, and insurance certificates.
Prepare reports on transport performance and compliance metrics.
Respond to queries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding transport operations.
Stay updated on changes to transport regulations and implement necessary updates to company policies.
Manage and report on compliance incidents and accidents.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the transport team.
Assist with customer inquiries and complaints related to transport services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our transport operations and compliance processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a transport or logistics administration role.
Strong understanding of relevant transport regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and transport management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
