```Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth operations of the sales department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, including entering orders into the system and ensuring accuracy of information
- Prepare and send out sales quotes and proposals to customers
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain customer database and update customer information as needed
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
