Are you organised, computer literate and can work well as part of a team? JT Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join the team of a well established company In South Normanton on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours are weekly rotating shifts of 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm Monday to Friday.
Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
- Data entry
- Attaching necessary paperwork to documents
- Completing driver paperwork
- Scanning documents onto the in-house system
- Dealing with any queries as they arise
- Liaising with customers over the phone
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude work
- Computer literate with Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace
- Communicate with clients and colleagues with professional manner
- Great work ethic and the ability to challenge yourself
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in fast paced administration
Pay Rate: 11.66 p/h
