Transport Manager

Are you an experienced Transport Manager looking for a new challenge in the north west Leicestershire area? Our client is seeking a skilled individual to manage their fleet of Blowers and tippers haulage vehicles.
As a Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the transport department, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods. You will need to have a strong understanding of Blowers tippers haulage and experience in managing a fleet of vehicles.
To be successful in this role: 

CPC qualification required for this role. 

A proven track record in transport management mininium of 3 years 

Managing a fleet with the Agricultural Industry is prefferd 

Possess excellent organisational and leadership skills. 

You will need to be able to effectively manage a team of 35 drivers and ensure that all legal and safety requirements are met.
In addition to your experience in transport management, you will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions is essential in this role. Company training will be provided.
