Travel Consultant

Berry Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading independent travel companies. We are offering a unique opportunity for highly motivated and service-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team as a Travel Consultant.

Role Overview:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be a key player in the team, selling bespoke travel experiences to both corporate and leisure clients. The role involves office-based communication with clients through phone or email, designing luxury holidays, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing bespoke luxury holidays and creating exceptional experiences for clients.
• Establishing client wants and needs, maximising the potential in every trip.
• Adapting to both Corporate and Leisure clients, converting calls into sales.
• Staying updated on travel trends, including hotels, airline routes, and travel guidelines.
• Organising complex trips for esteemed Corporate clients.
• Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.

Pay and Working Schedule:

Base salary with guaranteed earnings:

Basic salary: £20,500 with OTE £30,000 minimum for the first 2 years.

Generous uncapped commission scheme, offering the potential for significant earnings.

Full-time office-based position in Shirley, Croydon. You will be required to work four weekdays and one weekend, core hours are 9am-6pm, one late per week will be require 11am-8pm.
