Travelling House Manager/Senior Housekeeper
Marcilly Recruitment’s client is seeking an extremely high calibre, dedicated and versatile Travelling Housekeeper/House Manager to oversee the setup and management of multiple residences. They would like someone with a minimum of four years’ experience of working in that capacity in a demanding, UHNW private household.

The successful House Manager will be someone who is hugely personable, charismatic, loyal, engaging and capable of working in a pressurised and demanding environment with a huge workload.
Profile requirement
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role in an UHNW household.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage a diverse team of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
- Tech-savvy. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount. Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays depending on the principals’ movements.
