Travelling Personal Assistant

We are seeking 2 highly organized and proactive Travelling PA's to support a Family Office's Owner and his family who is fluent in the English, Russian and French language. This role is pivotal in managing both the private and business affairs of the Owner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient coordination of schedules. The ideal candidate will act as the Owner's "right hand," providing support across a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to personal errands, and more, while coordinating closely with the existing team of the family office. This role involves a lot of travel, so the successful candidate must have a valid EU Passport and be available to travel frequently. This position operates on a rotational basis with another Personal Assistant.
