We're seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable & Banking Team Lead to join a growing brand in Dudley. You'll head a team of 4, overseeing all aspects of cash receipts, customer billing, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead your team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage cash receipts, allocation, transfers, and sales control
- Resolve complex unallocated cash issues
- Foster strong relationships with banks as a key contact
- Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide coaching
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Who You Are:
- AAT qualified (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role or a strong AR/banking background
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- A self-starter with strong coaching and communication abilities
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
