The Company:
Our client is a well establish UK company who design and manufacture a variety of products supplied worldwide
Main Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service to a large portfolio of clients
The Role:
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email or live chat
- Provide customers with product information and quotes
- Answer queries regarding lead times, invoicing and stock
- Order processing
- Follow up on outstanding enquires ensuring any further info is provided
- Monitor lead times and deliveries
- Translating as needed
The Candidate:
- Fluent in EITHER Dutch and German OR Dutch and French OR French and German (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in customer service beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, dynamic and willing to learn
- IT literate
