Trust Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Data Analysts to join our Trust Data Team to maintain and develop a full data analysis service for individual academies and Trust-wide to support teaching, learning and pastoral support.
The purpose of these roles is to:
Gather and analyse large datasets, working with Trust systems, to elicit insights and extract meaningful patterns and trends to enable decision making about strategies and resources to development improve the trust and its academies;
Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings and performance metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external audiences such Ofsted and Regional Directors, highlighting successes and areas for improvement where appropriate;
Implement and evaluate predictive models to forecast trends and support decision-making processesThe posts are available either on a Full Time basis or Term Time plus 2 weeks, to suit.
