The Trust, Estate, and Inheritance Disputes team is renowned for its expertise in trust and succession disputes, consistently delivering outstanding results for clients. They are committed to offering pragmatic advice and finding creative solutions to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
As a junior to mid-level associate in the London office, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and colleagues on a variety of challenging cases. From initial case review to attending hearings and mediations, you will play a key role in shaping strategies and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
In addition to handling disputes, you will also have the chance to contribute to the team's profile through business development activities, such as writing articles, attending events, and building networks within the private wealth sector.
We are looking for candidates with NQ-3 years post-qualification experience, excellent academic credentials, and a strong background in tax law. Effective communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commercial outlook are essential for success in this role.
