Description
A TUPE Specialist is required to join a busy HR team for a 3 month interim role, with possible extension.
You will provide leadership and expertise in managing all aspects of a large TUPE process.
- Lead and manage the TUPE process for the company.
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of TUPE.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with HR team to ensure smooth TUPE process
- Occasional travel to various UK site might be required business needs dependent
Profile
Ideal candidates for this TUPE Specialist role will be available at short notice and happy to commit to the full length of the assignment.
You will have extensive working knowledge and understanding of TUPE and a proven background at leading large TUPE transfers
Job Offer
- Up to Circa £65000
- 3 month interim with possible scope for extension
