Description
- Lead the annual planning and forecasting processes, working closely with business units and functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive budget to actual performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with local country leaders to understand market dynamics, regulatory changes, and other factors influencing financial performance.
- Develop and maintain robust cashflow forecasting models to support liquidity management and strategic decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally to gather and analyze financial data, providing accurate and timely reports to support executive decision-making.
- Implement and enhance financial reporting systems and processes to streamline data collection and analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed financial insights.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar FP&A Management role, preferably within the technology sector or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and MS Excel.
