UK Sales Support Administrator

• 37.5 per week full time

Our well-established Dorking based client is a manufacturer of industrial equipment - they are currently looking to recruit a UK Sales Support Administrator to provide timely and accurate processing of UK sales requests and administration support within the Sales & Service Support Team. Including Sales order handling and Bids and Development.

Main Duties

• Processing of UK machine Quotes and Sales Orders. Ensuring all are submitted in an accurate and timely manner.
• Regularly Provide updates to customers on the progress of orders via build schedules and mail/phone queries
• Take and resolve telephone and written queries.
• Support the existing Sales & Service Administration team where required with general administrative duties, information gathering, post and answering phones.
• Provide cover for colleagues during absence
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, including a clear desk policy, paying attention to health and safety issues.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.
